Edris bro i think admin uses different pc computer and it is right he is from kyiv city. So your search result is absulately right and correct. For your kind information victor and arsen both are using ID=1 but if victor is busy then arsen control it. But tell me which tools, you are using for IP checking?

I don't know real avacs means, but i know was name of a american airplane,
if you search at net you can find next about this airplane at wikipedia...
